Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have. The website collects very little: only what you choose to send us, and visit statistics if you accept them.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Eleni Balamoti, trading as The Growth Cubes (full-service advertising services), Kosta Varnali 16. For any question about your data, write to info@thegrowthcubes.com.
What we collect and why
When you contact us. The contact form does not send or store anything on this website: it opens your own email app with your message ready to send. If you send it, or write to us directly, we receive your name, your email address, your company if you give it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you decide to work with us, to prepare and carry out our cooperation. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and the contract itself (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and for up to two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, for example as tax records for clients.
Website statistics, only with your consent. If you accept, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited and for how long, how visitors found the website, what type of device and browser they use, and their approximate location (country or city). Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We see only statistics, not who you are. Google Tag Manager loads when you open a page so that Cookiebot can display the consent banner and manage your choices. Cookiebot communicates those choices to Google tags. Legal basis for analytics: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006). The statistics are kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
Hosting. The website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver the pages to you and protect the website from abuse, its servers process technical information such as your IP address, your browser type, the page requested and the time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel keeps these records only for a short period.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses only the following. Nothing is used for advertising.
- Cookiebot: manages your cookie choices and remembers them using its own consent cookie. The Cookiebot banner provides information about the cookies and consent options.
- gtc-a11y: stored in your browser by this website, only if you change something in the accessibility settings panel, to keep your choices (such as text size or high contrast) on every page. It is strictly necessary for the feature you asked for and does not require consent. It stays until you choose “Reset settings” or clear your browser data.
- _ga and _ga_*: cookies set by Google Analytics, only if you accept, to tell visits apart and recognise returning visitors. They are kept for up to 2 years.
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page when Cookiebot is available. Cookiebot manages updates to your consent. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who receives your data
- Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on our behalf. Cookiebot provides consent management.
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
- Our email provider stores the messages we exchange with you.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes, unless the law requires us to.
Transfers outside the European Union
Google and Vercel may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing adequate protection, and they also use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it or delete it;
- ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to its use;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, write to info@thegrowthcubes.com. It is free, and we reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1–3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data, for example by adding a new tool, we will update this page and, where needed, ask for your consent again. Last updated on .
